When facilities provide an appointment scheduling portal, Qued can connect, log in, submit requests, confirm appointments, and update your TMS automatically. This includes platforms used by retailers, distributors, and warehouse networks.
Phone calls
Facilities that require a call to schedule are no problem for our automation. We use AI to place calls, handle the conversations, and confirm appointments. The result is recorded automatically in your TMS.
